More Than Caregivers. We're your Neighbors, Advocates, and Family.
We deliver more than care. We build meaningful relationships, provide support and guidance, and stand beside energy workers and their families with unwavering compassion, honoring their sacrifices through purposeful, whole person, in home care.
That is not coincidence. It is culture.

Rilie Wallace
Sr. Outreach Territory Manager
About Rilie
Born in Wyoming and raised on the Wind River Reservation, Rilie carries a deep connection to the community she serves—where many friends and families were part of the uranium industry. For the past five years, she’s dedicated her work to helping energy workers and their families receive the care and recognition they deserve.
Her journey has taken her across New Mexico and Texas, but her heart has always remained in Wyoming. With the expansion of RECA, Rilie is grateful to be back serving her home state—standing beside uranium workers and honoring their stories.
What makes Four Corners Healthcare a meaningful place to work?
"What I love most is the purpose behind everything we do. Every conversation, every visit all comes back to making sure these workers are seen, supported, and cared for. That’s something I carry with me every day."
